1. Service Overview
We provide residential and commercial carpet cleaning services, including (but not limited to) pre-treatment, stain removal, deodorizing, and deep carpet extraction. Additional services such as upholstery cleaning, spot treatment, and odor removal may be offered as add-ons at an additional cost.
2. Booking and Payment
Service Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online through our website. Confirmation will be sent via email upon booking.
Pricing: Prices are based on unit size and selected add-ons. All pricing is displayed clearly before checkout.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via [e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Zelle, Credit/Debit Card].
Refunds & Rescheduling: We allow rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 4).
3. Access and Client Responsibility
To perform our services effectively:
Access: You must provide access to your property at the scheduled time.
Preparation: Please remove small or breakable items from areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for damage to items not removed prior to service.
Furniture: We will work around large furniture unless agreed otherwise. We do not move heavy or delicate items unless arrangements are made in advance.
4. Cancellations and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking total.
Company Cancellations: In rare cases, we may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, weather). You will be notified immediately and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern. Refunds or re-cleanings are offered at our discretion and based on the nature of the issue.
6. Limitations of Liability
While we use safe and professional-grade cleaning solutions, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, especially those that are old, set-in, or caused by bleaching agents or dyes. We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to carpets or upholstery
Shrinkage due to natural fiber reaction
Damage caused by unreported loose seams, prior chemical use, or improper installation
7. Health & Safety
We use products that are generally safe for children and pets. However, we advise that pets and small children remain clear of treated areas until carpets are completely dry. Drying time can vary based on humidity, temperature, and carpet material.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is used only for the purpose of scheduling and providing service. We will not sell or share your data. Our full privacy policy is available on our website.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any property that poses a safety risk, is not in suitable condition for service, or in cases of abusive behavior toward our staff.
